On tap at Mother Earth.
A: Clear straw golden with a one inch white head.
S: Pear, apple, and a little orange. Lightly spicy with white pepper-like phenols. Moderately floral. Nice combination of prominent fruit esters and light spice notes.
T: Apple and pear with faint spicy notes and a lower moderate bitterness. Well integrated alcohol notes. Malt profile is soft and plays a supporting role to the fruit and phenols.
M: Upper light in body with moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is smooth with alcohol warming,
Overall: A nice Belgian Golden. High in alcohol but never harsh.
