On tap at Mother Earth.
A: Deep brown with a maroon tinge when held to light. Big light brown creamy head. Good retention.
S: Big beachwood aroma with slight apple wood bacon flair. Notes of chocolate and a subtle roast.
T: Beachwood smoke throughout with some light apple notes. Nice chocolate profile. Lightly roasted malt. Lightly sweet. No bitterness or astringency. Dry finish.
M: Upper medium in body with moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy.
Overall: A nice smoked porter. Smooth, and the smoke doesn't dominate.
