This brewery was recomended to me by the mother of the owner of Iron Fist, as they are only about 2 or 3 blocks apart.
A: Beer was served in a 8 oz taster glass. The beer pours a slight cloudy yellow, with a oak wood hue glow. Head rose about a inch, then settled to about a half inch. No lacing.
S: Fresh cut grass or hay, tinge of pine, some light banana.
T: Light malt sweetness, banana, an even balance of sweet malt to hops. Light, crisp, refreshing. Not too complex, but it's a light style (for me) Alcohol is fairly well hidden I must say though.
M: Medium to high carbonation, semi dry on the finish.
O: A solid blonde, above average, and nice on a warm day, which today was. Although, honestly the style is not something I seek out to often, but it was a nice start to the flight.
