This West Coast style IPA gives a nod to the classic Northwest hops that launched IPA’s and American Craft Beer into a whole new dimension, while also ushering in some new-school flare with Talus, a uniquely fruity and floral hop. The Trio of Centennial, Simcoe and Talus are bursting with aromas of ruby-red grapefruit, apricot, passionfruit and sticky pine-resin. We built this beer to favor heavy hop aroma and flavor over maltiness; giving hop-heads exactly what they want.
This bright gold IPA will pour with a brilliant white-sticky head, laden with stone fruit, citrus and resinous aromas. Appropriately bitter with a touch of sweetness to provide balance and accentuate the juicy fruit flavors

cool project to support a guy who got injured at work there, decent ipa overall, the fund raising is more important than the liquid with this one, but its not bad, done with a few other local breweries i think, if i have the story straight. its rich golden colored beer with some body evident and a frothy white head from the tap over an inch tall and lasting awhile, close to clear, bubbly, looks standard but proper. the aroma is a little detergent forward, lemon, strawberry candy, lemongrass, and there is some grain sweetness apparent too, honey to me, i get some of the catty character from the hops that i often get from mosaic, and overall this seems more dry hoppy than bitter, real fresh, a little mother earth house yeast type character, which is not as neutral as everyone pretends it is, but this is pleasant and fresh overall, and importantly, its for a good cause. the flavor is grapefruit up front, pungent tropical fruit in the middle, and some herbal and feline type weirdness on the back end before the bitterness kicks this up a bit. its fuller bodied for not having that much actual grain flavor, and it gets heavier and heavier to me as it warms and as the bitterness slowly increases. slightly soapy late, a coconut note, tangerine, pulped up mango and melon, green tea. good but not amazing, and it tastes and feels like a familiar mother earth base overall just with different hops. light pine and weed lingering too, some hop oils in the feel, prickly carbonation. solid and worthwhile without being spectacular.

Draft at Payette. Bright golden pour, light cloudiness, persistent thin cap of foam. Light malty aroma, with a hoppy back end. Taste is malty and biscuity, sweet, soft fruity hoppiness. This brew went down really fast. Excellent
