Pilsner malt and touches of Vienna and Munich malts offer a depth of flavors like baked-bread, biscuit and dried-dates. A healthy dose of fine German hops provide balance in bitterness and give a soft floral, spicy hop compliment. Easy to drink at elevated alcohol requires a delicate fermentation and ample cold-conditioning to round the palate and provide a satisfying finish without harshness.
