On-tap at Mother Earth

A: The pour is a clear golden color with a white head.

S: Not surprisingly, the aroma is heavy on the adjuncts. Lots of corn but a very, very sweet aroma, almost like sugar. There is a bit of a floral hop note to the beer with just a hint of bread/malt flavor.

T: The flavors are pretty light, at least in terms of complexity. Lots of corn and adjunct sweetness to it, as expected. But as with the nose, just an amazing level of sugar. There is a touch of hop flavor and bitterness and a weird chalkiness.

M: Fairly light in body wth a medium level of carbonation.

O: Not sure why all these beers are so underattenuated. Way too sweet.

Sampled 6/26/2011.

Pours clearish, yellow, lots of bubbles coming out of solution, some nice head and lacing, not much retention though.

Aroma is mostly corn, malt, and wheat but also very sweet and kind of malt liquor-like.

Flavor is heavy on the corn, wheat, and cereal which is what it's supposed to be so I can't knock if for that, but it's also very sweet as if someone added some syrup to it.

Body is slightly heavy. Drinkable in a half pint serving.
