On-tap at Mother Earth
A: The pour is a lightly hazed golden orange color with a fluffy white head.
S: Smells of coriander and other spices (maybe pepper and all-spice). Some wheat and bread sweetness with just a hint of toast. Lemon and orange peel notes are also there.
T: Starts of with sweet malt and bread, and certainly some wheat, too. Fair amount of citrus peel (orange and lemon), with a mild orange sweetness. Decently spiced with an abundance of coriander and a touch of pepper. There's also a very strange and out of place bitterness to this beer.
M: Medium in both body and carbonation.
O: A pretty unremarkable beer. Didn't really find this one all that great.

Sampled 6/26/2011 at the brewery. Can't decide if this should gain or lose points for the MC Hammer reference.
Pours hazy white/yellow with some fluffy white head that lasts a few minutes but barely laces the glass.
Aroma is big on the coriander followed by some orange peel and possibly some cinnamon. Interesting but a bit too much coriander for my liking.
Flavor is spicy, lots of coriander and some citrus (I taste both lemon and orange), wheat, and a splash of pepper. This is all on top of a heavy sweetness and an out of place bitterness.
Light/medium body, drinkable, probably the best of the house beers today.
