Dark brown in color with dark ruby edges and a thin dark khaki colored head that eventually leaves thick, gorgeous rings of lace down the glass. Very nice.
Mild aroma, though what's here is nice. There's some bread, mild sweetness, along with a touch of dark fruit.
Very nice flavor, though simple. There's good amounts of brown bread crusts, mild dark fruits, and a very mild English yeast component. Incredibly drinkable.
Medium bodied, slightly creamy, and moderate to high carbonation. Perfect for the style.
A fantastic version of the style.
