Mostly clear dark brown with a thick, persistent light brown head that leaves the glass messy with chunks of lacing.
Simple aroma, though what's here is nice. There's a pleasant combination of brown bread, sweet malts, and mild caramel.
The flavor too is nice, though simple and largely one-note: bready and slightly sweet malts, low bitterness, just a tiny bit of roast and wood.
Medium bodied with low, creamy carbonation.
Incredibly drinkable, tasty brown ale.
