Nice light color, clear. Very nice aroma and taste, smooth Simcoe dominance. Body a little light but works well.

A single hopped Citra Wet IPA - "The object of your proudest nocturnal emission"
A: Pours a hazy caramel color with some nice orange highlights. Thin off-white head with a relatively low retention span. Leaves just a few dots and specks of lace behind.
S: Smell is just an onslaught of fruity fresh Citra hops. A great combination of spicy grapefruit and gooseberry with some undercurrents of lemon, pine, and melon. Pungently aromatic with a bit of caramel malt sweetness underneath.
T: Tastes delivers with a juicy flourish of Citras. Candied spice grapefruit and gooseberry are dominant. Has a great danky herbal spray with some supporting pine and floral notes. Nice high enamel stripping level of bitterness with a significant lingering pucker. There is a good dose of caramelly sweet pale malts laid down over some breadcrumbs and a kick of alcohol present. This is really nice and quite resinous with the hops.
M: A medium lighter mouthfeel carried by a nice even carbonation level. Big drying finish accentuates that bitter bite with a long lasting pucker effect from the residual hop oils.
D: One of the best wet hop brews I have sampled this season. Juicy with Citras hops oozing that awesome grapefruit and gooseberry combo. Big bitter bite but with enough malty sweetness to keep the balance somewhat in check.
These guys are really stepping up their game. A fantastic Wet Hop IPA. Highly recommended.

A Citra fresh hop collaboration between Mother Earth and Urge on tap at Urge. I really dislike having to buy glassware whenever they have a special night.
A: Hazy dark orange with a mountainous white head. Solid retention and scattered lacing.
S: Aromatic punch of earthy tangerine and mango. Pine resin dances clumsily across the forest floor. Floral notes are restrained. I get a bit of bread and biscuit, as well as some sugary caramel.
T: Resinous pine rips my enamel while citrus rind tag teams my gum line. Orange and grapefruit flesh with a light bready malt base and a delicate sweetness. Earthy, pine resiny, citrusy finish. Moderately bitter throughout with no alcohol to speak of.
M: Medium body with upper medium carbonation.
Overall: A nice fresh hop IPA. A bit heavier on the malt than I prefer but it was still good.
