Don't break out the textbooks, we've got this one: Humulus Lupus? Hops. The Bridge Brew crew paired up with Digital Reletivity to formulate this ever-so-bitter brew. BBW's artisan chemists broke down the elements to methodically mix up this sharp, earthy taste. Then, marketing engineers at DR calculated equations to make this hearty, hoppy IPA a hit. Science, from brew to bottle!

6.7% ABV from metal glass into an IPA dogfish style glass. Some particulate but overall a nice hazy appearance with good retention and head. Big aroma of tangerine, apricot, fresh juicy pineapple maybe, some bread malt but overall malt is quite clean and this is very fruity.
Taste- juicy orange, tangerine, pineapple with a touch of bitter acidity, Very fruity and fresh, with some earthy bitter notes, soil, more tart berries toward the finish, bitter orange pith.
M - fresh and lively on the start with a lively carbonation and nice fruit flavours, big body through the middle and a lingering bitter aftertaste that is quite dry.
The aroma and initial taste of this are quite excellent, love the nice tropical fruit hop notes. It fades on the middle and becomes a little one-dimensional, I just get a lot of bitterness without a lot of other flavours, but it is still an IPA I would enjoy on a regular basis and am glad to try it.

Aluminum pint bottle.
Pours a slightly cloudy golden, white sudsy lacing for a head.
Smells of citrusy floral hops and bready malts.
Tastes of citrus hops, lemon citrus tartness, bready and grassy malts, and a lemongrass finish.
Lighter body with a light tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Pretty decent IPA, lighter bodied and fruitier than other IPAs. Drinks pretty easy and is enjoyable. Could stand to have a bit more body.

1 pint sized aluminum bottle, poured into a tulip glass
A- pours a clear and pale, straw-yellow color with a small foamy white head that reduces to just a thin layer floating on top, no lacing left behind
S- big juicy tropical hop aroma with notes of pineapple, mango & tangerine, followed by some leafy earthy danky notes with a hint of fresh mint. Just a hint of toasted malt in the background
T- the hops are a bit muted up front, but quickly kick in with more tropical notes that follow the nose; hints of tangerine peel, mango & guava. Leafy and fresh, with just a bit of spicy character, closing with more citrus and a hint of toasted malt that takes a back seat behind the hops
M- medium body with moderate-low carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a creamy-yet-crisp finish
O- this beer is a nice showcase of earthy/tropical hops that has great drinkability. One of my favorites from the BBW guys
