The brewery web site calls it an American Pale Ale. Beer Advocate has it listed as an English Pale Ale. I thought it was an American Pale Ale s I was drinking it. In any case , it is a good Pale Ale!! I had a pint on tap at Elliot's Whitewater Bar and Grill in Fayetteville W Va. It came in the dreaded chilled glass so the foamy white head wasn't very big or long lasting. Ditto for lacing. Nice clear gold color though!!!! Aroma had some tropical fruit and moderate bitterness. Quite tasty and a robust enough flavor to go along with my huge cheeseburger and fries. Mouthfeel was crisp with good bitterness and rich enough for the style. I could see this as a staple beer at local W Va restaurants.

Light wine like appearance with thin wheat head and white lacing. Mouthfeel is thinner but appropriate. Nice citrus up front with subtle spicy hops hitting midway through. Minima malt but not complaining. Simple but great brew on tap at The Dish Cafe in Daniels West Virginia

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at "The Irish Pub" in Lewisburg, WV. This beer is a clear golden color with a small white head. The aroma is big on fruit and butter with some malt tossed in. The flavor is very good and has a citrus flavor with buttery yeast for a finish.

On tap as a guest beer at Wheeling Brewing Company. Nicely done English Pale Ale. Lots of citrus and earthy notes with smooth mouth feel and just the right amount of carbonation. Decided to fill my growler and take some more home.
