Appearance: hazy golden yellow in color with a 1" head that lingered around a while.
Smell: wheat tones were very easy to detect by the nose.
Taste: grainy wheat base with soft banana flavors and a hint of spiciness. Bitterness is very mild.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp and very refreshing. Aftertaste is short.
Drinkability: this was a very good hefe that hit the spot. A few of these could be easily had in a session.
