One of the best coffee stouts I've ever had. Strong coffee smell and taste. Also tasting some bitter chocolate and lots of roast. Good combo of each. The coffee stands out though. Great brew!!!

Pies and pints in Morgantown WV. Processing through Dave and Kellie moving. This beer SMELLS like coffee! YES! It is thin on the palate, however, the taste of coffee is nicely on top with this offering! Great job, Bridge Works! Leah did not like the cigarette after taste. Interesting, I say!

Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a dark chocolate color capped by an inch of foam; pretty nice lacing action
Smell: Coffee aromatics dominate, with a touch of chocolate underneath
Taste: Coffee forward, with chocolate in the middle; just a little bitterness in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A really nice, toned-down version of many of the coffee stouts I have had; like the lower ABV without any surrendering of the flavor
