Purchased at A Taste of History in Greenfield Village. Brewed by Mountain Town for The Henry Ford, named after the Model T, the "Tin Lizzie."
Sold in an amber swing-top pint bottle, poured into a clear plastic cup. Ruddy amber in color with an off-white collar of head. Very nice looking.
Aroma is sweet and bready, caramel malt. It's there in the flavor, too. Malty, bready, with dark fruit and green apple. Some floral notes as well. Not much in the way of a strong honey or maple presence (the label states it's brewed with Michigan honey amd maple syrup). Nice, but not necessarily worth the extra price, unless you're looking to take home a swing top.
