12oz bottle
A- Pours an orangish yellow color with an off-white head.
S- The aroma is a bit on the faint side with sweet fruity malt and very little hops.
T- The taste like the aroma is pretty weak in the flavor department, but doesn't have any flavors that really put me off.
M- The mouthfeel is light bodied with a high amount of carbonation.
D- This is a pretty drinkable ale, not sure the ABV but it seems pretty low.
Overall, Fiddler's Green Blond is nothing really special but a decent ale that is worth a try.

A - Golden orange... Thin head, leaves nice lace... Lively carbonation...
S - Not much of a scent to speak... Very very mild malt scent and not much else...
T - Not much going one... Slight hops and slight malt blend for a average at best and slightly unimpressive taste...
M - Very light bodied... Smooth... Slightly dry...
D - One and done... Wouldn't seek out again... Wouldn't recommend...
Note - Born one date indicates > 1 year old... Didn't realize when purchasing...

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass.
A: Very pale straw yellow in color with very little head that reduced to a thin ring of bubbles. Light lacing.
S: Very faint aromas of pale malt, floral hops, and something sort of fruity in nature. Not bad, but not very pungent.
T: Very light, pale malts are first exhibiting the slightest sweetness. Everything about this is pretty light. Other flavors include faint bittering hops that bring an overall balance. The finish is a bit on the dry side without a whole lot of linger. Not a very impressive impression overall.
M&D: Mouthfeel is light, with a feel that you might get out of most macro lagers off the shelf. Although this is basically drinkable, it's not a very impressive brew but rather just kind of average.

Poured into a pilsner glass.
A - Dark golden coloration, small bit of froth, retention is a bit bland, and the lacing is fair. Nothing crazy here.
S - Rather pleasant aroma of peaches with a touch of pale malt. Not too potent, but very nice.
T - Initially it's a refreshing and tasty fruity profile with a yeasty backing, but then the aftertaste punches in far too sour for my tastes. Acrid and slightly painful.
M - Light bodied, medium carbonation, unpleasant residues left behind.
D - Hmm, this is my first brew from the supposed Fiddler's Green Brewing Company, and it's not terribly impressive. Had a good foundation, but there's too much of something in there that reminds me of battery acid. Sad because I like a lot of the Saranac brews, why did they make this? Beer shouldn't hurt you.

Rich goldenrod with a hint of orange when backlit with bright sunshine. The aged ivory cap has a wonderful texture to go along with its wonderful color. As it loses altitude, abundant lace in shredded sheets begins to decorate the pint glass. Fiddler's Green IPA was a good looking beer and Blonde is as well.
Blonde ales often struggle to impress (me at least) due to the lack of distinctive ingredients. This nose is okay, but is nothing special. I smell untoasted grain with a whiff of lightly musky hops. Something from Deutschland, I'll bet. Here's hoping the flavor profile brings something new and different to the table.
This is average beer at best. Actually, the more I drink, the more it tastes like something brewed in Eastern Europe. I'm not sure what's responsible, perhaps a flabby pale maltiness coupled with a lackluster grassy hoppiness. To be fair, there's more hop flavor than in many versions, it just isn't good hop flavor.
I don't mind the flavor profile (much) until the finish. That's where the nastier aspects of this Blonde's personality come to the fore. Nasty might be too harsh, but I definitely don't want a second date. Vegetal is the word that keeps coming to mind to describe what lingers on the tongue. Although that doesn't quite capture it, it'll have to do.
The mouthfeel on a beer of this style doesn't need to be big and chewy. It does, however, need to be bigger and hold on longer than this. I have no problem with either the amount or the feel of the carbonation.
After enjoying Fiddler's Green IPA, I thought Blonde would be better than decent. Instead, it's less than decent. Maybe the hoppiness of the former beer covered up a multitude of sins that this beer is unable to hide. In any case, I wouldn't recommend a purchase unless the brewery gives this sucker a complete overhaul.

Golden beer, small but thick white head. Bicuity malts, light grassy hops ( very light) aromas. Smooth sweet malts , honeyish, slight lemon like flavours, I take it from the hops Once again promising flavours trail off half way throuugh. Not bad on the palate for the style. Overall drinkable in a pinch but deadly boring.
