Had this from a can.
A: pours a bold, amber body with a small white head with minimal retention and lacing.
S: sweet, blueberry notes with hints of sweet, warming alcohol and toffee.
T: sweet, blueberry taste with a sweet, toffee, slightly nutty malt taste, similar to a barleywine; sweet, toffee finish.
M: a little thin, but decent overall.
O: Nice feel and taste combo; decent beer.

Not bad. Looks blueberry influenced, smells vanilla-fruity, tastes like old-yet-not-rotten fruits + vanilla ipa. Creative beer that isn't just an impressionable name. It lives up to its name, but that's not necessarily a good thing. 'Blueberry pie' clashes with hops/ipa flavor, so it tastes like a funny-flavored/fruity, lite-vanilla-ish flavored double ipa. I appreciate the creativity, but it doesn't taste as good as the packaging would have you believe. If you had a tiny slice of blueberry pie, would it taste good to mix it with strong beer? It doesn't taste like a "liquid blueberry pie," it tastes like a 2XIPA with strong hints of berry and vanilla. That actually doesn't taste that good, if I'm being honest. Again, I LOVE the creativity, but regular high-quality beer tastes better. I appreciate the art, but if you see through the gimmick, you'll see that it simply tastes strange, and doesn't necessarily taste better than normal high quality beer types.
