A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a pale yellow that's pretty clear. The beer is topped by a dense two finger white head which retains well and fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with some lacing
S: Smells of grape jelly. Not even kidding on this one. Just straight grape jelly.
T: Taste is sour grapes with a little more of that jelly like note. Slight dry cracker like malt with a little funk. Swallow is more sour grape flavor with some slight oak and vanilla with some lingering wine barrel and whatever a feijoa is.
M: This beer is fairly light in body but not watery. Carbonation is effervescent and slightly prickly while the beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall this one is pretty interesting. Definitely not bad and definitely a little different than what other people are doing. It's worth trying future iterations of this if you don't mind a lot of wine barrel and grape flavor in your beer.
