Mild lactobacillus sourness. Pale malt. A brief blip of cucumber. A hint of yogurt; a hint of dill herb. Lactic acidity. Berry/redcurrant.
A tame Berliner Weisse sour with limited depth of flavour. Not a top tier expression of the style compared to U.S., German, or Scandinavian expressions.
Too heavy on the palate for a style meant to be light, refreshing, and twangy.
Could use more bacterial intricacy, punchier sourness, more tartness & twang, and higher acidity.
