This is a hard one to rate because you really have to be in the mood for this beer.
It has STRONG notes of sherry. It reminds me of a sherry cask scotch that I had years ago. I love the cherry notes and the sourness and tartness. The alcohol is VERY well hidden for an 11%
Color of motor oil.
It does make me want to go hunt for a jar of TUMS before I even finish the beer.
