Pours a cloudy, maize color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of strong bacterial tartness, sweet malt, alcohol, strong citrus, wine, and a hint of hops. Fits the style of a Tripel. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong bacterial tartness, sweet malt, alcohol, strong citrus, wine, and a hint of hops. Overall, good appearance, body, blend, and complexity.
