A - Small, white head on a clear, amber-brown body. The foam collapses quickly and leaves little lace.
S - Spicy yeastand caramel madly with some gingerbread notes.
T - Dry, toasty malt with a little bit of banana. Some clove comes out towards the finish with more dry toast.
M - Medium body, moderate carbonation and a very dry finish.
D - Pretty good, but a little strange. It its supposed to be a hybrid hefe/bitter, but it is more of adunkleweizen. Still, interesting for a sessionable beer.
