This beautiful Belgian-style red ale blushes with toffee malts and has a feisty, peppery bitterness on the finish. Brewed with gernerous amounts of Belgian biscuit malts, it's got a chewy malt body that finishes dry, leaving you lusting for more.

Pours dark red, very clear with soft off-white head, nice lacing but not a whole lot in the way of retention.
Aroma is nutty, roast, caramel, and spices. Dont catch anything blatantly Belgian on the nose but it's roasted, so who knows.
Flavor is initially nutty and roasted but that is followed by a fairly balanced and somewhat subtle sweetness, spiciness, bitterness, banana, and toffee. Interesting.
Body is medium-ish slightly on the heavy side. Drinkable and enjoyable.
