Pours glowing pus yellow (in a good way!) with a snow cap head. Nose is pure yeast. Hay malts to start with a marshmallow and limoncello coming later. Sticky and medium.
Brewed to a turn-of-the-century recipe from Leuven in Belgium, according the brewery - 45% wheat, 55% barley and Styrian hops.
No coriander or other spice like a wit but full, different, and tasty.
