Pours pale gold with a tight rocky head. Rubbery, lemon and yeast nose. Hay and barnyard malts with lemon Starburst hops. Smoky leave and tight, astringent linger. Light, crisp, lively.
Saaz hops, says the menu. The least unique or distinguished of their selection, but still a quencher.
