Amber (12) pour at the brewery; heavy off white head; good cap retention; solid ring with moderately heavy lace; excellent clarity. Fruity esters, plum, lite spice andlite skunky hop nose. Lite spice, semi sweet caramel malt, lite cinnamon, earthy bitter hop finish. Lite plus feel, moderate carbonation. Overall a pleasant, malt forward Noel beer with a lite bitter linger. I thought this beer was better on tap. I drank a bottle at home later same day, and bottle had much less carbonation and almost no head, and the body seemed more watery and the flavors were weak.

A-No BB date. High fill. Pours a faintly hazy brownish amber. Decent retention, ring of foam remains around edges of snifter.
S-Sweet malt and spice dominate with fruit notes and alcohol. Ginger, chocolate, apple, cherry, cranberry, cola, white pepper, tea, licorice.
T-Faintly sweet roasted malt w/hints of coffee, cola, spices matching aroma profile, faint caramel, dry finish. Bits of medicinal and spicy phenols.
M-Light-medium body w/effervescent carbonation, velvety mouthfeel, and good balance.
D-Good offering, easy to drink, complex, pleasant.
