A-BB May 2, 2011. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-golden color w/active carbonation. The head is disappointing...not very dense, little retention, but there is a nice effervescent look in the body.

S-Soft wheat and malt profile, faint hops, faint sour citrus and coriander, very faint bitter almond.

TM-Malt and wheat backbone w/a grainy undertone, ripe apricot, citrus, and spicy palate w/some dryness in finish. Aftertaste is grainy w/notes of faint citrus, apricot and spice. Light-bodied, moderate carbonation, well-balanced.

D-Okay beer, not the best witbier out there, and not the best offering from St. Louis, but still refreshing. For the price, over 2€ per single, get the ambrée or the blonde, which are worth it. There are cheaper wits out there that are as good or better.
