Served on tap into a shaker glass with lemon wedge at the brewpub
A- Poured a very cloudy pale yellow color with a frothy head that left no lace
S- Big bubblegum notes, banana, clove. A very aromatic and traditional smelling hefeweizen
T- Very big bubblegum taste, banana, clove, and citrus notes. Very traditional tasting hefeweizen
M- Very smooth, medium body, a little lighter carbonation than other hefes
O- A very refreshing, flavorful, and highly drinkable hefeweizen. More bubblegum forward than some other hefes I have had, which I really like, and a nice citrus flavor to it as well.
