A very interesting pale ale with unusual flavors inspired by the forest. It’s described as “Sedna DC: Pale Ale at Traveling Comptonie and 5% Spinach Needles”.
I’m not sure what this desorption means. But, it has an unusual flavor profile that I enjoyed very much without being able to put a finger on where it comes from. It has a thirst quenching quaffability that should make it a favorite for all seasons and a complexity that makes it worth especially seeking it out. Looking forward to having it again.
