Korrigane - Brasserie Artisanale

Hazy orangey yellow body with a white head and rungs of full lacing. Smell has the chai with wheat, lemon peel and mild esters. So in the taste it is a traditional hefe but the chair takes the place of the clove... upgrade? It really works and doesn't seem out of place, amplifying the fruity notes a bit. Feel is full yet light, wheaty and spiced. This was a really fun hefe that I would order again, especially in late spring
