The Convict Lager is quite nice....the mix of haullertop (sp?) And saaz hops make this a good beer reminiscent of Sammy A Boston Lager. It poured a hazy copper with thin white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had hints of fruit and bread. The taste was evenly balanced and easy to drink. The Mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's one of the better offerings by Harts.
