From notes (2015 Beer Safari trip to Australia).
Had this near closing at Hart’s Pub / The Rocks Brewery in Sydney/The Rocks.
Had a hand pumped pint of this excellent old school draft pale ale.
Poured by a young bartender Sam, who could have been cleaning up/last call… but instead kicked back, chatted… shared stories and history…and a quick 3 story building tour of the place…kept pouring ( 2 more beers for me ) despite closing and girl friend waiting.
Oh yeah…Rye malt really added a nice touch of spice. Super smooth; classic hand pulled ale. Delightful brew.
