This classic American ale is golden in color and delicately hopped for a refreshingly dry finish. The perfect choice when you just want "a nice cold beer."

Poured a golden yellow color, nice carbonation, little foamy white head, some nice sticky lacing follows. The nose is malty, yeasty, grassy, with some caramel. The taste is malty/yeasty/grassy, slightly bitter, and some caramel. Medium body. Drinkable, not a bad brew at that.

semi opaque shimmering gold color with a sandy white head--irregular and impressive. Smells like apple juice!
Taste is big on wheat, tasting almost like soy milk...which isn't wheat but somehow seems right. Tastes like rice milk actually, I guess, originial Rice Dream is my comparison. Nice in a beer though, floury and full of cereals. Hops arrive late.
Mouthfeel is solid, jibing in thickness (like the rice milk) with medium carbonation. Sharp carbonation but with some character. Very good combination of refreshing lightness and full bodied flavor of fruity wheatiness.
