An American wheat ale served unfiltered, leaving the yeast and B-complex vitamins in the glass, offering superior quenchability! Try it with a lemon.

My wife had this beer, and I sampled hers. Pretty basic Hefe but decent flavor

This beer has changed names. It's now called Over-the-top. It's a kind of thin hefe. Not terribly flavorful and low spice. It's better than a mass market ale, but there are better wheat's out there. I'd drink it over a blue moon or shock top, but it's only an average brew. With that said, it is smooth and goes down nicely on a hot day. In Utah you take what you can get. I appreciate the Moab brews. Brewing beer in Utah is an act of rebellion. So if you get a chance to pick up a Moab brew, do so.... Viva la revolution.

Half finger of white head over a hazy gold body. Came with a lemon. Moderate lacing.
Smells kind of like lemon cleaner with wheat. I had to remove the lemon to smell it.
Taste is full and wheaty, faint malt, faint tartness. Pretty much as it should be. Not too flavorful, slightly sweet.
Mouthfeel is thick, almost no carbonation. As it should be.
Overall a decent heff. Not much else to say.

Aroma - light, but clean wheat aroma.
Appearance - pours with a nice three fingers of head with a good gradation of bubbles. Nice cloudy straw yellow. Head slowly dissipates to a half-inch.
Mouthfeel - medium carbonation, light body. Some slickness on the tongue.
Taste - clean light wheat flavor. No hops that I can detect.
Drinkability - Very nice summer beer. Clean but with enough body and wheat flavor to be interesting.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Golden straw color, with a two-finger head that sticks around for about 3 minutes before receding to a ring around the edge of the glass. Some scattered lacing.
S - Some citrus notes, although that may be from the lemon slice they had on the edge of the glass when it was served. A distinct lack of banana, and only a little yeastiness.
T - Not what I would've expected from the nose. More malt and just a little more of the yeast. Still no banana, and obviously no citrus (I removed it). But still fairly pleasant, with enough flavor to get me drinking it pretty swiftly.
M - Light and fluffy, as I'd expect from the style. Carbonation is pretty good, and it goes down quickly.
D - Like all of the brews here, this one is a lightweight at 4% abv. That plus the pleasant flavor makes this one very sessionable.
O - Pretty meh. Unoffensive enough that you can sit and drink them all day, but ultimately forgettable.

On-tap at the brewpub: Thin straw color with a bit of a rusted haze, fizzed puffy thin whitish head, minimal spotty lacing. Smell has a very meager amount of lemonness and a touch of yeasty sweetness and wheat character. Hmm...taste is boring and very average, lack luster lemon charge, some wheaty sweetness sticks but nothing nearly as complex as it should or could be. Thin body and close to watery feel, with a tiny carbonation bite. Nothing happening with this one I'm afraid.

This tasty weis presents with a biscuit aroma and cloudy darker yellow color. The biscuit character also comes through in the flavor with a tangy yeast addition. There is a light bitter quality throughout which adds a nice balance to the brew. Quality.
