Green 275ml bottle, best before Sept 2008.
This bottle was drank while sitting on my hotel balcony in Tobago, the review is therefore to be taken in context. I am on holiday, hot and at ease with the world.
The beer is poured into a tumbler that has been in the fridge with the beer. This fact may well have helped to kill the white head that tried to stay around but failed. The body of the beer was very, very pale gold and clearer than the cloudless sky above.
Next too no aroma, so it gets my normal odourless Pilsner score of 3.
Someone has helped this brewery to produce a crisp, clean and clear tasting Pilsner. It was by far the best locally produced pils/lager I had while on the island, very refreshing too.
I great pity it is hard to come by, even on Tobago. My hotel and most of the stores didn't stock it. All the attributes a good Pilsner should have were found in this beer and a fine example of its style considering how far away from Europe it was brewed.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
