Sampled at the Oregon Brewers Festival 7/26/02. Medium brown color. Head is small. Aroma is malty and spicy. A medium bodied rye beer. Malty and slightly spicy. Nice flavor. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
