Copenhagen 2/6 2019. 33 cl bottle from Brønshøj Vinhandel, Frederikssundsvej, Brønshøj. Very pink label with a lot of writing in different colors and sizes. And Rurales pretty cool logo with a rooster inside an egg-shaped oval.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin transparent layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is mild, sweet with a citric touch. Sweet caramel. Light fruity touch of Peach and Melon. Stronger notes of Citrus and Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense. Medium sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers shortly.
A bit on thin side - goes with the style I suppose. But mild and pleasant with a light bitter bite.
