Pale yellow color with tons of carbonation. Obvious bergamot scent and flavor. The flavor was very light and incredibly refreshing. Mouthfeel was intensely carbonated, very light, and crisp. Overall good beer, never had anything like it. However, the price was $11 which in my opinion was not nearly worth it.
Supposedly the only places you can get this beer in the US are at a few restaurants in New York and at the North Italia restaurants in AZ.
