12oz can stamped 08/16/22 (2 weeks old) poured into a mug at fridge temp 5.8% ABV. The beer pours mostly bright copper penny amber with khaki colored head. The head recedes to a thin ring and scattered tiny bubbles. The aroma is mild with sweet toasted bread and caramel. The taste is semisweet burnt sugar caramel with nutty and toffee malt notes and earthy, mildly bitter finish. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Cleanly lagered. Overall, good. It's a little caramel / Americanized for my taste, but it's restrained. Drinks easy.
