375 ml bottle, 2022 vintage. Served in a chalice, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a couple inch tan head that stuck around for a long time. There's also a good amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like vanilla, yellow cake, roasted malt, bourbon and some coffee. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some dark bread, clove and wheaty flavors noticeable too. I really don't pick up much of the Belgian influence in this brew except for some clove, but I'm not complaining at all. It's more birthday cake and wheaty tasting to me. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, wouldn't mind trying this one again in the future. Been a fan of the couple Birthday Bash brews of theirs I've tried so far.
