Half litre bottle.
A: Pale amber, hazy, small head, decent retention, kept some lacing.
S: Freshly cooked mushrooms, nutty, clove banana.
T: Clove, yeast, banana, on the sweet side.
M: Smooth, minimal carbonation, slightly heavy body but very nice texture.
O: A subtle, well balanced Zwickel/Kellerbier, not bursting with flavour but a good example of the style.

Appearance: Orangish; cloudy; small head, quickly dissipates, but fairly good lacing
Aroma: Faint wheat beer aroma; yeast, citrusy, peppery; but not strong at all
Taste: Thin; flat; not particularly good at all; may have been a bad sample, but very disappointing
Remarks: Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores

BB 24-10-05. Great presentation with nice and thick lasting head leaving laces. Beercolor is pale golden with a white haze. Nose is nicely green, litle malty and litle yeastsharpness. taste is full, litle maltsweet, aromatic before getting into a moderate bitterness. Good brew with great mouthfeel cause of thicknes of the brew, great tinkling of carbonisation and that together with the taste already discribed a whole mouthfull for a lager. Greatly pooring down though and thirsty for another.
