I tried this at the brewery with my boss. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had hints of citrus bitterness. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

Small but lasting head. Ample streaks of lace. Dark amber color with substantial clouding.
Attractive freshly cut hop cone aroma. Sweeter malt nose, getting close to extract smell.
The flavor is more of the same, but comes through in reverse order -- hop first then the sweeter malt. The finish brings back the hop spice and leaves a long aftertaste. Very nice.

Poured from a growler into a nonic pint glass. A nice golden color. Good lacing. One can tell by both the smell and taste that it is in the IPA family. One of the better session IPA's I have had. If I see it again, I will most assuredly buy it.

Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, caramel-gold coloring, with a low profile, clingy, off-white head. Nose of sweet caramel, pepper and grassy hops, and tangy citrus. Flavors are bitter and tart forward, with resinous and peppery hops notes, followed by tropical fruit sweetness and citrus tart. Slightly acidic, on a smooth, light, effervesced body. Grassy and piney aftertaste, with grapefruit highlights. Smooth, dry, crisp finish, with a bitter hopped linger. Very refreshing beer.

Solid session IPA. Pours an apple juice gold color with a good size white head. Decent head retention and lots of bands of lacing on the glass. Aroma is fairly mild citrus (grapefruit) hops. Flavor is citrusy hops and dry biscuity malt. Bitterness is moderate, without the citrus this would be more like an English IPA. Mouthfeel is light, crisp and very moderately bitter, Good session beer, I could drink a few of these.

12 oz bottle poured in a stemmed glass. Had on tap at the brewery when it came out last August. Great session that I'm glad they started bottling.

Served on tap at O'Connor Brewing Company. The S.I.P.A is just that, a session IPA that certainly fits the bill for appearance and overall flavor, but doesn't really satisfy overall. It's an acceptable, moderately above average brew that I wouldn't seek out again.

Poured a golden body with two finger head and the aroma is slightly citrusy and grainy with touch of malt sweetness.
Simple review because this is a simple, albeit pleasurable on a hot summer day, session IPA.
Smooth, easy to drink, the hops are barely there but noticeable as they give off a mild citric vibe that is not bitter and if anything they have a sweet grape edge.
Not much else in the beer as there are traces of sweet malts and finishes dry, slightly bitter.
