On tap:
This beer seems to me to be all over the place. Watermelon does play nicely, but the beer seems to be missing an identity.
Light yellow, quite hazy, and smelling of watermelon with a bit of spice, but also a bit of alcohol. Banana esters are also in the mix with a light yeasty note.
Taste hits on spice and watermelon most consistently, but the flavors that pass my palate rush in and out like a chase scene in a Scooby Doo cartoon. Banana, watermelon, grass, spice, floral, fruity, what's next?!?
It takes a decent dose of warmth to smooth these out, but the flavors also get watered down significantly. I came away feeling this beer needed an identity to cling to, and it wasn't finding one.
All that said, it was at no point distasteful, hence my overall score.

22oz bomber into my Duvel tulip.
Pours a slightly-hazy straw/yellow. Aromas are mostly floral & somewhat herbaceous. Hints of pepper.
Palate: It's definitely interesting, lots of robust spice & floral notes. The watermelon aspect is more rind than meat, which actually seems to work better with the overall flavor profile. Light feel, even for the style & extremely dry up front. The finish is super refreshing.
Unfortunately, as it warms it becomes more & more phenolic. It got to the the point where it was almost unrecognizable from the time/temp that I first poured it.
I guess: Drink fast!
