I don't see any bottle date listed.
Appearance: The head is huge. It is creamy textured and off-white with very good retention and some nice lacing. The body is a sun tea brown and orange with some haze preventing it from being seen through. The strongest feature here is the head which lasts forever.
Aroma: It has a light and flowery aroma with just a touch of caramel. The label states "Imperial Vienna" but it doesn't smell much like either. The malt is pretty suppressed.
Taste: That flowery character comes through in the taste of the beer, where it takes on this bright quality where the flavors are comprised mostly of flowers and a touch of lemon. It is a nice beer but again it seems to be missing the malty goodness that comes from a tasty Vienna Style Bier.
Mouthfeel: The beer has good carbonation and a nice transition on the palate from start to finish.
Overall: I'm not really sure where they were going with this beer. It lacked the complexity of Vienna Malt and mostly just smelled and tasted like flowers. I really don't see a reason to buy this beer again and I can't think of a reason to recommend it.

I tried this at the brewery with my boss. It poured a slightly clear copper with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had hints of sweet bread and touch of citrus. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.
