From the bottom of the can: "01/17/2019 09:55"
Appearance: The body is black and it has a dense, medium sized, khaki head with great retention and lacing.
Aroma: There is a light caramel aroma intermixed with a touch of chocolate.
Taste: There is a sharp taste of prune at the tip of the tongue, with cherry and raspberry flavors towards the middle. A nice chocolate taste joins the center from the outer edges of the tongue. There is a light tartness at the beginning and a little sourness towards the middle and end. There is a bit of carbon that lingers.
Mouthfeel: It is a full bodied beer with a mix of sweetness and tartness. The beer is a sipper but only because of how rich the beer tastes.
Overall: This is a very decadent beer and it is very enjoyable to drink. It would work nicely as a dessert on its own. I would recommend it and I would drink it again.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Capital Ale House - Innsbrook, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Solid lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of raspberries, chocolate, stone fruit, malt, vanilla, and dark fruit.
T: Tasted of a hint of vanilla, some chocolate (always welcome), a lot of roasted malt (present throughout), a good amount of raspberries, and some stone fruit. This is a beer that gets better as it goes along. At first it seems thin and one note, but later the raspberries and chocolate emerge. Tasty.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: A solidly made stout. Worth a try.

A deep and dark milk stout brewed with black currents and raspberries. Milk stout feel with the lactose provides great amounts of bittersweet chocolate and the addition of the berries provides a nice balance and reminds of dark chocolate covered cherries
