Another winner from O'Connor!! This IPA is flavored with Passion Fruit and Lulo. I had never heard of Lulo before but it is supposedly a popular South American fruit that tastes like pineapple and lemon. This beer pours a hazy honey color with a small fizzy head. Minimal head retention and almost no lacing. Seems meh!!!! And then I gave it a sniff and a taste!!!! This is not some mild fruity NE IPA, the strong fruit aroma and bitterness explode on the tongue and nose. The tropical fruits are very prominent but so is the bitterness. This is a hophead's beer. Mouthfeel is rich, fruity and quite bitter. A very good IPA - Imperial from the makers of El Guapo, a staple in Tidewater Virginia restaurants everywhere. This is a very good IPA
