Appearance: Hazy medium golden-brown color, with a small white head, which retains well, and a fair amount of sediment.
Aroma: Toasty malt aroma, with restrained mild hops, quite pleasant.
Taste: Mildly tart and sweet, with mild honey-like notes. The solid malt backbone carries throughout the taste. The taste finishes with a mild hop bitterness.
Mouth feel: Smooth, rich, velvety and full, quite pleasant.
Drinkability/notes: A very pleasant example of the style, not quite to style, but pleasant, nonethless.
