An amber, orange color with an initial head that fades into nothing, leaving a small ring of white foam on the side of the glass.
Smell is yeasty and has notes of autolysis. Not the most pleasant smell. It lacks the typical banana and clove smells.
Taste is better than the smell would make me expect. It has light banana and some clove taste. The wheat is apparent. This is not a Weizen in the strict German style and it lacks some of the subtle yeast characteristics, but it is an OK beer.
