Hazy amber color. The head is modest but if leaves a plentiful amount of small spots on the glass.
Deep caramel malt aroma without any hint of sweetness. Light hop.
The taste gets a more pronounced hop bite. The malt features a lightly toasted bread before the bitterness takes over. Decent body, but the carbonation is definitely elevated. The aftertaste is reminiscent of black pepper.

Pours a slightly hazy amber body with an off-white head with soapy head. Aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest are prominent, with some additional apricot and peppery notes. On the palate, the beer is dry, with classic citrusy hop flavours, and a crisp, light bitterness that proceed with a nice clean finish. Awesome beer, great direction by QV
