Dark amber and hazy. Small but lasting head. But only a few minor spots for lace.
Wheaty aroma with a light caramelized malt touch. Light alcohol?
Closer to the bock in flavor than a Weiss beer. Less of toffee flavor with a sizeable infusion of alcohol warmth. High carbonation but with a thicker body, again like a doppelbock. Only the aftertaste brings out some banana and wheat. Overall, a good blend of disparate expectations.
